“After comparing the proposal from different companies and meeting with the energy safe advisor I decided to move on with Texas Solar Panels. They gave me the best deal in terms of number of solar panels and batteries. Once we set off the process I worked with one of their project managers, Maria. She was attentive to my questions. Ryan the owner reached out directly to me and also answered my questions along the way. I appreciate the direct communication with the owner rather than working with a salesperson who is trying to sell you something. “Today I meet with Ryan Wallace and he is walked out with telling steep roof and he not interested to work project like this can’t understand why he can not see before. Also I am new customer to them and asking 50% advance payment I was scared and requested 25% and other once after getting permit. He literally walked out with out reason He send me email he wants to excercise his right not to provide service and I am happy that I did not sign and paid otherwise 25yrs warranty I could not get. As a customer we have right to negotiate and it’s your choice to accept or not but after pricing you can not ask roof is steep and not interested to provide service. Even after all this I email him he took negatively and asking remove bad review but I would like to share experience that I have been gone through with him so might help others After reading his review anyone can easily tell how he treat his prospective customer and asking me to remove bad review from google and here. He was very patient with me even though I had 100 questions about every detail of the install. “How the Grinch Stole Xmas… Texas Solar Professionals (TSP) was recommended to me by satisfied customer Gregg Little. I wish my story had a happy ending, but it does not. I needed roof repair and had to remove 10 solar panels to do so. We could remove and replace the existing solar or add more solar. My first contact was with Ryan Wallace who assigned Domenic to do a site survey. Domenic was very professional and we formed a plan to move existing solar to new carport and install 10 new 500+ watt panels where the old one were. A price was quoted and I agreed. All this was happening via a mix of texting and emails, not one phone call from Ryan despite my requests. Ryan also suggested that I should write our contract because he was very busy, so I did. Fast forward 3 days to our scheduled phone call to finalize agreement. Ryan never made the call or answered mine at the appointed time. Instead I received an email stating… ‘Good evening we have decided not to do the project. We are a small business with limited resources and don’t feel comfortable with this project.’ You can imagine my consternation, all Ryan had to do was send a contract for me to sign but he chose to decline because he was busy. I am giving a generous One Star rating. “Following the tornado, we had to have our panels removed and reinstalled to facilitate new roof. Texas solor indicated that they could not proceed until they were paid in full. Which we did $10000. When they finnally did arrive to reinstall, the system hasnt worded right. Now were forced to wait until 5 Sept for a new techician to come out. Poor scheduling, terrible customer service.
