“Do not do business with this company, you will regret it. This business and the clown running it cost me 9 months and $16.5K all the while promising me he knew what he was doing and would be saving me money. What should have been done in the promised 4 months continued to cost me hundreds in electric utility bills – of which he imfadically expressed his lack of care or concern. The owner/operator lies and tells half truths about everything from how long he has been in the industry through how long it will take to actually get your system installed and turned on, all the while having you pay upfront for a system that may never be installed or turned on. The owner operator is incompetent, lacks a moral compass, and has no problem pushing you off until he feels like doing the job you hired him to do. I had this company lined up to do (4) jobs, including one commercial solar job, but after his poor attitude and lack of care to show up and complete the first simple residential job, he was immediately dropped from the remaining three. “It went excellent. They were very professional, took about 4 hours. It looks great. Set it on the roof so that it is centered over the door. The tank and meters are easy to understand and can be drained very easily from inside the garage. No need to go on the roof. All functions were explained to me. I was very comfortable with the work crew who came. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone. They also gave me a better price than anyone else. “Two men arrived early and immediately began working. While both were very amiable they were also very professional and diligent. Of course in order to hook us up our water had to be turned off. It was barely an inconvenience they restored service so quickly. I tried my best to stay out of the way but did observe from a distance. The job was complete in hardly any time at all. We were given a demonstration of a feature I believe only TEO has on their equipment, which being from the north impressed me as honestly I would not thought of the possibility of a freeze at some point especially during this summer. They cleaned up and even swept my garage, pride in your work one hardly ever sees any more, collected their tools and were gone and we had hot water.
