“Horrible, no follow through and weird behavior when you point something out. Passes the buck to someone else who won’t fix the problem. Out electric went out and what was put in was supposed to work when that happens and it didn’t, he refuses to follow up to see what’s going on. Not to mention the fact, that we were told we could get control over our system, he passed the buck on that too and nothing has panned out. I’d look elsewhere for a more reliable person. “We paid this man a lot of money to upgrade our system. Since then it has never ever worked right and he doesn’t answer calls or texts and when you do get a hold of him he comes late at night, and he never has any idea how to fix what doesn’t work. So finally we hired a new company as we are off grid and the solar system supplies our electricity- at least it’s supposed to. The whole thing is wired wrong! Even when you turn off all the breakers there live power and the whole thing is beyond messed up besides that.
