“Stay Away! $200.00 an hour, Two hour minimum. On a regular 40 hour week that is well over 400k a year per individual. Why would anybody in their right mind pay this? Especially when there are so many other companies that are just as good if not better. “I used Redline to inspect the solar system on a home I was looking at to purchase in Goodyear Az. They charged me 600 dollars to do the inspection. They told me everything was working and the original installation company was out of business. I believed them.After buying the home and moving in I discovered, using APS app, that the solar was not producing. I talked to Redline a few times and was told I needed to talk to manufacturer of the inverter. SolarEdge told me how to connect to the inverter wireless. That told me the inverter was in ‘night mode’. SolarEdge told me I needed to have an installer look at it. I called Redline back and he said he’d have their main installer call me back. I never heard from them again. I called Argent Solar, recommended by the HOA, and was told by them that they installed the system and the inverter was under warranty. They came out the same day, took the information they needed, and contacted SolarEdge to have a new inverter sent out. Basically I wasted 600 dollars and when I called them to say I had a problem they couldn’t be bothered. If you don’t mind being lied to you can use Redline, but I wouldn’t recommend them.
