Adding solar was nowhere on my radar because it seemed to complicated, expensive and honestly, I didn’t understand how it could replace my electrical company. I had too many questions about all the unknowns surrounding solar; how would I maintain solar panels, what happens if the panels fail, could the panels do damage to my home, etc. That all changed when I finally took a meeting with Edward from SunSolar Solutions. He was able to help me determine what I needed when I didn’t even know what I needed to start this process. Although I was super hesitant about moving towards solar, Edward found a way to explain all the details in a way that didn’t make me feel silly or foolish on the subject. He was incredibly patient with my 101 questions and never failed to provide answers with so much knowledge. “Your salesman Sergey Novitskiy in Goodyear AZ blocked my wife’s car in the middle of the street to harass her about solar. You best escalate this issue and handle it. Seriously aggressive and inappropriate behavior. You all call yourselves a legitimate business but use these cheap intimidation tactics? It’s pathetic. Especially on a pregnant woman. When my wife called me upset telling me 2 guys blocked her car trying to talk to her I saw red. “I checked out pricing and reviews from several vendors, and went with Sunsolar. I have been pleased with their service. I have a large and complex roof area with shading, and they worked with me both for aesthetics and production. They also tilted some of the panels on the flat roof area to optimize production. Their technicians were timely and answered all my questions. Over the time I have had the system, there have been a couple of issues, but they were quick to address them. Did not happen till mid November after many delays with install crews. “Fast forward 5 years from my last review. I am now on my third invertor. Over the summer I have had bills over $500. I purchased the system from Sunsolar Solutions but they won’t cover any warranty issues. They say that Titan installed the system and the warranty was with Titan who is now out of business. Can you imagine calling the Chevrolet dealer ship and them saying you no longer have a warranty because they didn’t assemble the truck?? “System was installed for a family friend who already owned one set up outright. Was talked into adding to existing. Not only is it not doing what its supposed to do but payments pure month are almost 400 a month but electric bill is still 4 to 450 a month and not even getting the rebate with the IRS and apply it to lower the monthly payment and that was a lie. Buyers beware it may sound like sweet words till its not more than likely they just sold you junk and or they don’t know how to install them properly. “An individual came to my door trying to sell me solar. They knocked on the front door aggressively and rang the door bell at the same time, scaring my animals and my wife. I politely said no and they ignored me and continued to try and sell me product. They pushed for nearly 10 minutes going back and forth with me repeatedly saying no. You employee is trespassing after the first time I said no. After they left, they went across the street to a non-company labeled vehicle and stood there loitering and laughing with a few other individuals who were traveling together.
