“We chose EGT after interviewing several other solar companies, EGT was the only company with a physical location in the area, The other companies hired sales reps to cover our area and were not very knowledgeable. I have talked to some people who have had other companies installed their systems and are forced to deal directly with the manufactures of the solar products that were installed for questions. EGT is there for you from the beginning and beyond. Burke at EGT was honest, very knowable, and pleasant to work with, he walked us through the process step by step, As are all the employees at EGT. His team was also exceptionally competent and professional. The installation crew took extra care to make the experience easy, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. There was a glitch in the plans on installation day and we had to move some mounts and panels. EGT went above and beyond, hiring a roofing company to come out and ensure everything was as good as new. Their entire crew is local so if there is an issue, they will just come out to the site and check things out.
