“It was only 6 weeks from the time I walked into Bland Solar and received a solar design for my roof until I was online generating more power back to the grid than I was using!. They were fast, professional and truthful regarding every stage of planning and installation. They recommended an excellent bank for seamless financing at the best possible price and took care of all permiting needed. I get monlthly updates on on my solar array production which has exceeded their predictions by a comfortable cushion. Texted them a while back to troubleshoot my Enphase Gateway not communicating and schedule technician. Took them 1 week to respond on text and they said next availability is 1 month out for technician. I am a long time Bland solar customer. “I would leave zero stars but I had to choose one in order to post this review. We went with bland because they were recommended to us. We had them come out and install solar panels on our house. Cost was about 45,000 only to receive a bill at the end of the year for our true up, which was $10,000 through PG&E. I’m contacting an attorney.And suing!!!” – Maria Leyva ⭐☆☆☆☆ August 14, 2025

“It was easy to contact the company and make an appointment, which is rare with companies these days. After our AC unit was assessed, we were shown photos of each part on our personal unit and received an explanation of what each part does. Any repair necessary was detailed, and there was no pressure to do all the work at that time, although it was an option. All the parts we needed were really available to our technician, and all the work was done quickly and efficiently. “I called and they set me up with an appointment for the next week on a Tuesday at 1130. They told me to make sure I’m home and have the $280.00 needed for the service inspection. I received a text the day before advising me I had the appointment on Tuesday. That Tuesday, 11 passed, 12 passed, and around 2pm I tired calling but no answer from the company. I tried to call numerous times but there was no answer, and it said the mailbox was not set up. The next day, I tried to call several more times, but now one answer. “This company is absolutely horrible!! Bought a brand new unit and within a year there was an issue.. Second issue was from the same problem they never fixed right first time and charge you service fees for coming out on a defective unit. In less than 2 months after the second problem in 110 degree heat they want to charge over $200 .. This company has zero integrity and cares only about selling their overpriced faulty units and refuses to take accountability . I am definitely taking legal action because robbing people seems to be their business. The level of disregard is absolutely ridiculous.They take your money and have no problem continuing to charge service fees for a defective unit .
