He took his time explaining every step of the process and how the system will work. “While the install went well, 2 years in and I have 3 failed micro inverters, which Enphase created a case number and supplied 3 new IQ7+ inverters to be installed. “A very disappointing experience. At first, the sales rep seems to be a nice guy but don’t be fooled by him. He seems like an honest guy but he will mislead you just so he get you to sign that contract. Second, the loan is not just a loan it’s actually a second mortgage on your property. You will have a lien on your property. They will also tell you that you will get a credit from the government and that is not true. It’s just a sales pitch. If Hunter promises to reimburse you for those utilities bills that you will be paying until the panels actually start working, thats another lie. Im one of the many victims that has shared my experience on google and I know there are many more that have not said anything.
