“I couldn’t be any happier with the service and installation of our new solar panel system by GIM Energy. From the get go Nicholas answered all my newbie solar questions carefully & thoroughly and helped steer me through the whole process, whilst most of the other companies gave vague replies and brushed me off with a suggestion of a visit from a salesperson. It came down to a choice of two companies but the decision was swung by the fact that being a smaller company we felt that GIM Energy (who weren’t the cheapest nor the most expensive of all the quotes) would be more responsive to our needs and we wouldn’t be just another sale to be put on a waiting list. That choice paid off, once we pulled the trigger the GIM team had the 10kw solar system installed and inspected within a week! I didn’t get the system installed for the aesthetics but the all black Q-Cell panels look great. “From panic after a slab leak in my office & family room to a deep sigh of relief, Nicholas & Christian of Gimernergy were there all the way. Nicholas was our contractor who visited and assured me that this problem would get resolved to my satisfaction. He is timely, very responsive, polite & quite knowledgeable in home remodeling. His partner Christian assured me that they can finish the job quickly, compared to others that I know that would take months to finish a project. Currently I am almost relieved because my floors are done so beautifully within 2 days by their fast & efficient workers. “Whether it be a strategy or a hindrance to me, I always jump on the bandwagon at the end. I let the public be the real beta testers and limit my beta using to just android apps. I finally elected to switch to solar. This company sent someone out to consult with me and I really appreciated their ability to be on time and their competence.
