“Playoff Sunday 1/29/23;mid-afternoon. Not sure Solar heating is working. It was installed 2 years ago and has worked flawlessly. “The installation when’s smooth. A few week later it malfunctioned. The owner did come out and replace a faulty valve, no charge (warranty). The installation crew installed the sun panels on the roof that gets the least Sun. Don’t ask why they don’t install on the part that gets the most, they don’t know. The valve control box then went out. And When they installed the PVC piping it was in a bind and broke. You could see it broken. They wanted $185 to come out and tell me it’s broken? And$185/hr to repair. A plumber fixed it for $85 and no service charges. WhT makes Climate Control so special they have the audacity to charge an insane$185 just to look, they will never get a cent from me. You, roll the dice. “Well, it’s been over 4 months since our last attempt to get them to come out to our home. We called a total of 3-4 times and was always told someone would call us back. Never ever did they call us back or even come out to our home. Or try to troubleshoot anything.They did not install our solar system however they didn’t say at anytime that they would not assist with our issue. Which we are having a CT measurement issue. Enphase even recommended them to us, as they are a supposedly ‘Gold installer’ So this is just our experience, yours may vary. But if i were you, i would pick someone else. They asked for access to our solar equipment and we granted them the access. They did not do anything, as we still to this day have the same issues. So we ourselves revoked it as clearly the company didn’t want to be bother with our issues. I feel it’s poor service to just not call the customer back after 3-4 attempts. We did inform enphase about it when we had to contact them again about software issues. So hopefully they treat others better.Again, maybe it was just us, that they didn’t want to do service for, for some reason, so your experience may be better.” – Tyrone H. ⭐☆☆☆☆ January 18, 2025

“Work/installation was done as promised there was a delay in installing the solar controller because ‘there was a delay in getting them from the factory’ after a few months I noticed that the pool temp thermometer and the solar controller reading were different so I called the company numerous times. while not saying it, they would not send anyone out to check the calibration of the system, they simply refered me to the owners manual (which had to be downloaded from the manufacturers site since none is provided with the unit) while I have no ‘physical’ problems with the system, I am rating them a C because instead of sending someone out to my house to assist me, they simply told me to ‘read the owners manual’ which has left me with a ‘you bought, you figure it out’ feeling…. if they had said ‘we will certainly come out and take a look at the system and assist you in any way we can’, they would have received an A rating….” – Jeff C. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ August 2012

“Watch out for owner to put a lien against your house and doesn`t tell you. Paid off early on a 90 day same as cash deal… didn`t find out about lien til I went to sell house, 4 1/2 yrs later. “DO NOT USE!! They do not do what they say, do not schedule properly, do not appreciate their customers and they do not value your time. My solar panel was removed by them for a roof replacement, I called when the new roof was complete, 2 months later still not reinstalled. When they did reschedule, they did not show.
