“Do not bother with this company. That $500 sign up might sound tempting, but the headaches and the seemingly large bills that come afterwards negate any savings. I was told that I needed second panel because the usage outweighed the production from the first panel. Unfortunately I signed on for another panel through Sunnova through this company. The savings aren’t significant to justify that second panel. So now I’m stuck with two solar bills per month. Based on my usage, I would’ve been better off sticking with Edison and their regular rate plans. “Don’t believe whatever they tell you. They have great answers for all of of your questions to trick you into signing the contrast with them. Then, later on you are going to pay more than what you currently pay for Edison (because you have to pay for their solar service plus Edison).
