“Experienced poor communication with multiple email and calls ignored.The off-grid system’s inverter was undersized, the inverter was wired improperly, and ultimately the entire system suffered from poor engineering.Wanted all the money up front so had to pay in advance, even though job was not completed.So Caveat Emptor.
