He was sensitive to the aesthetics of the panel grid on the front of our house and scaled the system to accommodate our new plug-in hybrid car. The Aegis install team consisted of experienced individuals who have worked with the company for many years. Their office staff answers the phone directly and they address your questions immediately. Everything about this company is well done. We actually started down the solar path with a different company but soon realized they didn’t pay attention to details which was disconcerting, so we made the switch. “The upfront sales team and the overall installation manager are professional. The crew they have doing their work appears to be untrained teenagers. Some are knowledgeable, but others lack competency and caused significant damage to my roof. They then tried to cover this up but my GC called them out and the manager made it right by calling in a roofing company. Time line is 4 months plus from the time of ordering. Some delays are due to electric company side of things, but others are due to poor project management. Seems to be a lack of oversight on the project. There are certainly cheaper companies out there, and my expectation was for a top quality install when paying top dollar.
