“When I called to set the service call I was told that a charge of $225 for the first hour was their standard.An electrical socket that connected to a sump pump in our backyard kept shorting out. Technicians arrived and within 10 minutes or less determined that the problem was with the pump and to call a plumber. I was charged $225. I feel their should have been an adjustment for just a 10 minute service call.
