“These guys, from the salesman Ken, to the installers Chase, Stephen, and Nacho were great throughout the process. Even though it was about a three month process, no fault of theirs (city approval), the installation was quick, professional, and clean. I had gotten two other bids, this one sold me. Price was good, the salesman talked straight and answered all of my questions. Small company but very good and efficient. I really recommend these guys. And I don’t give recommendations often. “I had a great experience with Alltech Solar! They drove 3 1/2 hours to the California desert to install my panels and Tesla battery on one of the hottest days of the year. With a team of several guys they got it done quickly. When SCE needed something changed out (to meet their criteria) they were back within the week to get it done and we were up and running. “Chase was working at my neighbors house and went out of his way to help us put a chimney cover on the top of our chimney, he climbed up on our roof and installed it for us, then he wouldn’t take any money and said it was the neighborly thing to do. “Overall I’m satisfied with Alltech however I’m disappointed with their lack of follow through post Solar installation. The one thing they could have done better is the finishing touches. They had to break my stucco apart in in order to install a new electrical panel. After asking Ken multiple times for them to come out and repair my stucco, it’s still not fixed. It’s been almost a year since the installation. Ken keeps just telling me how busy they are and that someone will come out to fix it.
