Long story short, some other contractor started my solar installation and completely dropped the ball. They totally ghosted me. Then I called a bunch of various companies (electricians, independent contractors, and other solar contractors), but no one was willing to or capable of helping me. I contacted SI Solar, and was in touch with Frank and his team on that same day. After hearing my story, they said can help and knew exactly what to do. Frank gave me stepwise directions, and helped me through the whole process. He and his team were in contact with me constantly (emails, texts, phone calls).
