“They did a solar and energy package in a new house. Very bad experience in all respects. First they located the solar panels in an undesirable location, then installed the wrong panels, then assigned the NEM credit to the well meter instead of the house meter. Then the DHW heat pump failed and it took 5-6 months to diagnose and get replaced, then the HVAC heat pump failed.
