“Our total experience with Green House Solar of Madison was outstanding. From the initial consultation/interview through completion of the project , each aspect was well done. Communication with Lauren was always timely, accurate, and professional. Initial consultations with planning and design was informative and positive. I never had a doubt that I made a bad choice. The installers arrived on time and worked until the day’s tasks were complete. When the panels arrived, they were fully installed in 1 1/2 days. On the second day the installers worked from 7:45 a.m. until 8:30 pm to complete the job. Their work ethic is top notch and positive. The organization greatly lacks and so does communication and trustworthiness with the customer. There are plenty of better solar companies out there for homeowners to pick. Sun run, Sunnova, Trinity, Infinity Energy are all companies that have been around the same amount of time or even longer and they have 10x the amount of reviews. So you do the math. Why does Green House only have 20 reviews in 10 years. We had some minor damage to our property during installation, I called to inform them about the damage gentleman name Sam came over asesed the damaged replaced one of two damaged pieces of raillng.
