When the installers came, each one of the crew introduced themselves to my wife and shock her hand. I got a call from her telling me how comfortable she was with the entire crew. All questions I had were addressed immediately, All of the inspections and dealing with PG&E were handled by Suntegrity Solar quicker than I have ever seen. We were expecting to get our PTO, or Permission to Operate, from PG&E in 2 weeks after the final inspection, it was 2 days when we got turned on and approved from PG&E. “These guys started out good but then totally failed. Originally they came with a good bid on our project and were willing to do a ground system.Our site was complicated due to the hill and ground type. They complained constantly about the site and its issues. Ever time the guys came to the site they either forgot some equipment or had to come back again. They seemed unorganized and that they really didn’t want my business. The head of the company even told me that my site was so complicated that they wish they didn’t have to do it. They wanted me to get a contractor to do all the ground work.I eventually fired them and hired another company that was amazing – did the entire project without a complaint and put in a much better system then RePower was proposing.Repower is probably good for easy projects – and that is what they like to do.
