“Go the other way!!! Completely unprofessional, twice I had an appointment for a consultation scheduled and twice it was cancelled 20 minutes before each appointment and then when I did talk to Paul that was supposed to call me for my appointments, he lied and tried to tell me he had been calling me to confirm the appointments and my phone went to voicemail but yet he was responding to our text conversation! “Would not recommend this company to anybody!! The only thing good about the whole ordeal was the crew that actually installed the panels. Everything else was a nightmare. I had to constantly contact my city to find out what was taking so long for approval to install and city said it wasn’t submitted. Salesman wont answer my messages. Although I was kind of upset with him and vented on him he should have thick skin and let that roll off. Owner is very rude too!! After I called the office to try and find out why gateway was connect. The owner called me back and told me there was a switch in another electrical box net to solar box that wasnt turned on. Owner when I asked why the switch wasn’t turned on he blamed me for it. He stated I was supposed to call them and let them know that FPL changed the box. I was FURIOUS. “Horrible company continues to send out SPAM email and Text messages to myself and neighbors after repeatedly asking them to stop. No one ever asked for inclusion in any campaign, and even worse, they use Google Maps– and their stupidity, will post the picture of your house, even with huge solar panels already on it, blindly trying to sell something that is already part of home. We interviewed about 30 companies and this one was the best for everything. “I researched Solar, pretty well I thought. All the companies were telling me my electric bill will be reduced a lot. Solar, wise told me my electric bill would go down to zero and all I would have to pay is the meter charge. I’m finding out this is not true after five months. I’m really not sure if this is going to work out for me. Being 62 years old And a $25,000 debt now. And so I recommend to you to do your homework and ask a lot of questions. Also talk to the people are they can tell you what you’re producing and what electricity you’re importing from the power company. My company is Enphase . They help me understand a lot. Make sure you understand what the tax break is. I thought this was money I automatically get. Not true, if you owe money on your taxes, which I never do, they give you credit there. I just like to hear that the install team was phenomenal. Very polite and knowledgeable. So in summary, I would like to recommend this to my friends. But how can I.
