“From start to finish, my experience with EnergyONE has been incredible. Beginning with my multiple — sometimes excessive — questions, Brian was always quick to respond. When I finally made the leap, financing was made quick and easy. The great service doesn’t stop in the office either. The communication and customer service from the install team was exceptional as well. Like most projects, there were some proposed changes based on slope of the roof, and the person I was working with was understanding of my questions and requests. It has been a great experience all around. Everything looks great and just waiting for the electric company to come make their final inspection. “Energy One is the sales branch of Ecovole Solar. Sales department was great, prompt and easy to communicate with. After the sale was made that prompt communication kind of fell off — though that seems like a common issue across many solar companies. Ecovole’s effort in the permitting and coordination process was pretty lackluster. Once the installation finally started I was told it would be a one-day process — it was not finished in one day. They couldn’t come back to finish up for more than a week. The panels look good, the wiring and conduit work is clean, and the crew was respectful of my home. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from choosing EnergyOne/Ecovole, I would just urge you to check in with them regularly or plan for a slow installation process.
