“I am so glad I went with IntegrateSun to install my solar panel system. After being screwed by a “cowboy” outfit, I contacted IntegrateSun to see if they could make a particular deadline — which I knew would be quite a challenge. They said they would do everything they could to make it happen. Sure enough, they made the deadline, saving me thousands of dollars. They didn’t put a foot wrong throughout the whole process — from outlining my options all the way through to installation. Everyone was completely professional, honest, available for communication, and transparent. The installers were personable, friendly, courteous and helpful. Even when I had a question after installation and payment, the project manager responded to my query and explained the situation. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am to have bought my system from IntegrateSun. No regrets at all. Once things reached installation, there were many problems and delays, and inconsistent communication. When the system was finally up and running, it turns out it is configured incorrectly, and that has yet to be resolved. “They lie about everything except invoicing. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I signed a contract in August 2025 and only have half my panels sitting in my garage. Zero communication except lies. Do not engage this company — you will be full of regrets the entire process. I doubt I’ll ever get my system online properly. “Received a visit from the company’s CEO today to educate us on solar power. Even though it was clear from the outset we had too many trees around our home for solar to be cost effective, he still took his time and ran all the numbers on our current bills and what it would take to make solar efficient. No smoke and mirrors. Quickly and easily showed us that it would not benefit us to go solar unless we took down lots of gorgeous trees, and even then we would be lucky to break even. “These folks responded when I entered information on EnergySage. I had one salesman call me and I couldn’t understand him. His replacement emailed me but then stopped. I haven’t heard from him since even though I’ve tried messaging him a number of times, asking how to get the program rolling. “Solar panels are not functional until inspected by township. They were installed on April 19th, with inspection first scheduled for April 24th. The installer had a personal emergency and rescheduled to May 2nd — then was a no-show, and work was found to have issues. No remediation occurred; inspection rescheduled to May 19th, then another emergency pushed it to May 22nd, then again to May 23rd. The errors found on May 2nd have not been corrected. “IntegrateSun sucks. Avoid and do not use. I’ve been working with them since around August 2025 and still have not completed the process. They made me miss out on the federal credit after ensuring me in August we would make the deadline. They also previously told me I could cancel if I wouldn’t receive the credit by only paying the permit fee (~$1,000) only to change it to 20% (over $5,000) if I want to cancel after they missed the deadline. Then they constantly try to offer me different panels because the one I originally wanted won’t be in stock. The company takes no accountability nor offers incentives to move forward. “The whole thing was very stressful. There were changes to the permits that stopped the project, but at one point I was told it was “pre-approved,” which didn’t match the paperwork from the utility. When I called to cancel because of the delays, I was told I would have to pay canceling fees that included the cost of design and permits, even though the project hadn’t moved forward yet. In the end, I had to start official negotiations before I could get my full deposit back. I did get my money back, but the process took a long time and a lot of extra work that wasn’t necessary.
