“It took 15 months. The end construction is messy but sturdy enough. We had to take the helm on the permitting process as they left three large holes right outside our back door. “Buyer beware! Make sure to inspect all the pieces and parts before install. Promised “powder coated” rafters and parts but everything was cheaply and thinly painted only on one side. Parts arrived damaged, flaking, and with chips. Poor quality control and workmanship. Make sure you’re getting true “powder coated” parts — otherwise it will be a huge waste of time and money and need retouching and repainting as soon as it’s done.
