“I had Rudy owner of Wright-Way Solar install my solar panels over eight years ago and they have been trouble free and saving me money from day one. From the beginning I could not have been more impressed with Rudy’s knowledge and expertise on solar power. I also got quotes from other companies and although some were cheaper, after further research I found they were installing substandard panels. Rudy was there from day one to completion. “Beware of Wright Way Property Management. While the ladies at the front desk and the realtors are extremely kind and helpful, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the owner and maintenance manager. If you’re renting from Wright Way, be prepared to lose part (or all) of your deposit – regardless of how well you maintain the property. Despite leaving the home spotless, we were charged for things like two strands of dog hair and a tiny dust mark on a blind. These were clearly exaggerated, nitpicky, and frankly unreasonable. We were landlords ourselves, and if one of our tenants left a property in the condition we did, we’d be thrilled to return their full deposit. Wright Way, however, seems to use move-out charges as a way to recoup income lost during vacancy periods. It feels like a cash grab, with vague and excessive fees tacked on after the fact. If you do choose to rent from them, document everything during move-in – every scratch, stain, or speck of dirt, no matter how small. They will find a way to charge you for it if you don’t. This company does not operate in good faith, and renters deserve better. “When we moved in our townhome we went through REMOVED Way. The place was disgusting when we moved in. I specifically asked them if the carpet would be cleaned before move in and I believe it was cleaned the day we got our one key because it was still wet. It smelled terrible for weeks. The one key we got only worked on one door. We spent months trying to get them to address the situation and we finally spent over $100 and changed the locks ourselves. We went months without air conditioning upstairs and it was only fixed after I threatened to call and have it fixed myself and deduct from my rent. When we moved out, we followed the move out cleaning instructions. We even steam cleaned the window seals and windows and power washed the garage and porches. This place was left so much better than when we moved in and someone could literally move in the day we moved out. They charged us a $495.00 cleaning fee. This place looked amazing when we left however they do their best to find SOMETHING. There was a bit of dust on one of the blinds and so I was charged for that. There was a scratch on one of the baseboards that was already there and I was charged. I left some brand new shelf liner in the kitchen that could literally be picked up and thrown away – I was charged for that. They claim they “can’t find” the move in form we filled out when we moved in which lists all the flaws. They take no responsibility for themselves or their actions. They have unrealistic expectations of what a rental should look like after you move out. If you choose to use this company, keep meticulous notes, emails, etc. Take pictures of every square inch of the place when you move in. If you choose to live in one of their houses, here’s your warning. “If I could give zero I would. This has been the worst leasing company ever. My mom has stayed in this home for 17 plus years and it has switched leasing companies several times. When we moved in it was 1 owner and now it has been several others. When I say run, steer clear of them. Very racist. My mom is an upstanding citizen and does everything the RIGHT WAY!!
