What Do Customers Say About the Omni Power?
Negative reviews:
“If the salesmen are any indication of their practices as a business, stay away! They intentionally ignored no-soliciting signs and had to be asked two times to get off the property. When they’re willing to disrespect your property from the very beginning, why trust them to respect it enough to let them on your roof and enter a financial agreement with them?” – Brian B. ⭐☆☆☆☆ March 3, 2025
“Unbelievable, awful salesperson. Next time you go door-to-door and somebody tells you it is not a good time because they just had a death in the family — and in fact tells you multiple times they’re not interested — maybe just be a human being and abandon your sales pitch rather than powering through.” – James I. ⭐☆☆☆☆ March 19, 2024
Positive reviews:
“I am new, but the typical work day includes door knocking with a lot of team bonding. There are many sales reps in the company that are doing really well, so I am excited to learn from the other team members. They also fly us out to locations to knock neighborhoods, which is cool — being able to travel and make money at the same time.” – Sales Representative ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 25, 2024
“Morning gym with the team after the team meeting. Car groups and hit the turf together. We struggle together and grow together as a team.” – D2D Sales ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 25, 2024
Negative reviews:
“Management takes 20% from our commission and claims to be a family but only takes care of a quarter of the team. Lots of work and very little appreciation. Poor management overall.” – Solar Sales Representative ⭐☆☆☆☆ December 7, 2023
Positive reviews:
“Ryan was great and clearly knowledgeable about his profession. Would recommend to anyone looking for energy services!” – Garrett Elder ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 2025
“Although I rent, Ryan was nice enough to take the time to educate me on solar. I would definitely call him when I buy my own home!” – Cherie Fishburne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2025
Negative reviews:
“I wouldn’t recommend working with this company to my worst enemy. The initial meeting was full of promises that delivered nothing. Will D. is who we met with and signed with — he promised the world and delivered nothing. Our system is now installed on two homes and both have never delivered the power promised, and one doesn’t even work half the time. When you sign with Omni Power you are pawned off to Our World Energy, and Will no longer takes calls. I have called the main line and never got a call back. They collected their check and in their eyes the system not working is someone else’s problem. Truly run and find another company.” – Stephanie Wackett-Bell ⭐☆☆☆☆ November 2025
“What part of ‘please take me off your list’ do you not understand. I have called your office 2 or 3 times, told the person knocking on my door to have us removed from any call list, and posted no-trespassing signs that your people have been instructed to ignore. If I for some incredible reason decided I needed solar, Omni Power would be the last place I would consider. Stop coming to my home.” – Kevin Carlton ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2025
