“Filled with LIES! Panels have been installed for almost 3 months now and still not working. I call them to try to get updates seeing how they don’t call me and they say they will call me back… which they don’t. They have been paid in full which I told there finance not to pay them until job was inspected but they did anyways. They are the biggest disappointment in a solar company. They is now a bunch of reviews on the same scenario on how they install, get paid, and then don’t finish the job. Don’t become another victim and tr5 your chances elsewhere. When we had questions or concerns, not only did AJ give us piece of mind, but he was willing to stop by again and walk us through any questions we had. Installation was also quick, quiet and professional. They came, they did their work and they cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend AJ and his team enough. “So far my experience with Empower has been horrible. My panels were installed in July 2025. It is now November 6, 2025, the panels have not been ‘turned on’, I contacted my electric company which indicated there are remaining steps which need to be completed by Empower. Our electric rates sky rocketed in July, and now I’m paying an extremely expensive electric bill, with the frustration of driving to up to my home and seeing panels which arent working. In addition calling there customer service is a waste of time. I’ve left at least 15 messages, no one EVER answers the phone and you never receive a return call. “I got the solar panels installed in early December 2024. The sales rep, CHARLIE WREMOVEDinformed me once the solar panels are installed and I am up and running, I should not receive an REMOVEDbill and if I do, it shall be small around 20-30 bucks. Since installing the panels I have been receiving an REMOVEDbill and the solar panels bill at $200 each. Last year at this same time I was only receiving a $200 eversource bill. Of course I attempted to contact the sales rep, CHARLIE WREMOVEDand he avoids my calls and text. The one time he replied, he stated he is “overwhelmed” with calls and text and is considering resigned due to his health and is unable to help me. Now empower energy solutions partnered with Palmetto refuses to help, even though their sales rep is giving false information to the customers. Do not believe anything CHARLIE WREMOVEDstates and do not do any business with Empower Energy solutions. “We had Empower install our panels almost 6 months ago and the system still isn’t active. I’ve been emailing weekly with customer service and our electrical company on what needs to happen and Empower isn’t doing ANYTHING and very seldomly will reply to the emails begging for them to follow through with what they are supposed to do. Now we have really expensive roof tiles that are doing NOTHING. I’m about to see legal counsel on what our rights are.
