We met with sales rep Michelle — she was informative, knowledgeable, and not overly aggressive. She understood our concerns. Upon meeting a couple of times, we went ahead and purchased a system that fit our needs. The entire crew arrived when expected, were very professional, clean and efficient, and did an outstanding job. This was one of the best decisions we made for our home and the environment. “ISAKSEN Solar based out of Fall River, MA. We were hesitant and nervous at first to do anything with solar. We had too many questions but also didn’t want to reach out and be bombarded by the sales department with unwanted and unsolicited information. We also didn’t want to keep getting those dreaded calls or be bothered by the door-to-door sales reps. Our neighbor got solar and went with Isaksen Solar. Again, we were still doubtful but asked many questions. At that point, we decided to call and schedule an appointment with a salesperson, but we also let them know we were not going to sign or make any type of decision just yet. We met with sales rep Michelle. She was informative and knowledgeable on the topics and questions we had and not overly assertive or aggressive. She was very attentive. She understood what we wanted and appreciated the questions and concerns we had. Upon meeting a couple of times, we went ahead and purchased a system that fit our needs. The entire crew ISAKSEN Solar sent to our house; arrived when expected, were very professional, clean and efficient. They ultimately did an OUTSTANDING job. This was and still is one of the best decisions we did for our home as well as the environment. We have since recommended them to everyone we know or may have any type of hesitations in getting solar. “Less than 5 years ago we had 17 solar panels installed. The micro inverters stopped communicating with the gateway on December 31, 2022. I called Isaksen Solar for help and after a week was told they were having trouble finding my specific micro-inverter online and that the charge just to come out and diagnose the problem was $1,000. They were also ordering two non-returnable micro-inverters before diagnosing anything. I then called Enphase directly — their representative walked me through the issue over the phone and the fix was simply turning off both circuit breakers on my gateway, waiting five minutes, and turning them back on. My system was up and running without spending a dime. When I asked Isaksen why they hadn’t suggested this, I was told the technicians would have done it on arrival — after charging $1,000 for the visit and bringing two inverters I didn’t need. “I asked explicitly, several times, how repairs would be handled. I was told that Isaksen would remove all the panels so the work could be done, then reinstall them for free since I’m locked into a 20-year contract. Now that I actually need roof work, they’re telling me I have to hire a contractor myself to take the panels off and put them back on. The system has gone down multiple times over the years.
