“I worked with Sam and Diego throughout my process. Right now I’m paying both my electric company and solar company until the winter calms down, but I believe in the spring I’ll start saving. I’m still glad I had the solar panels put in. “I have been back and forth with them for 3 years because I am wasting so much money having these panels on my home. I can never get someone to help me, I always have someone new take over my case due to apparent high employee turnover, and when I told them I want the panels removed I was told to take it up with the loan company, who of course cannot do that. “Everything started fine, but when city utility approval was needed, I had to call the city myself after 2 months — they never tried to get the approvals on their own. After finally getting everything in order, installation was scheduled and I was excited — only for the installer to cancel without calling or texting. Then they declined me after running my credit three times, knocking my score down significantly when I had been approved the first time.
