What Do Customers Say About the Globe Electric?

Google Reviews

Positive reviews:

“Seth and his crew at Globe Electric have worked on several projects and issues since we bought our home. From installing new light fixtures throughout the house to our most recent HVAC repair, the guys have shown up as scheduled and gone right to work. Each technician has been polite, knowledgeable, and willing to address any of our concerns. We are quite happy with the work they did for us.” – Michelle Langley ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ February 2026

“Sometimes it’s hard to find a good and honest electrician! Globe Electric is one of those great companies with knowledgeable and trustworthy electricians. We had the pleasure of having Corey sent to our home and he was the best — diagnosed and fixed our issue with great speed. I cannot recommend a better electric company for all your repair needs!” – Drew Alpe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ November 2025

Negative reviews:

“I had a mini-split installed on June 28, 2025. The unit worked for a month before problems started — the technician came back and admitted he had overcharged the unit during installation. The unit never worked correctly after that. I sent countless calls, texts, photos, and videos showing water leaking and the unit eventually quitting entirely. The last communication I received was in October 2025, after which I was ghosted. A new technician who came to assess the unit was hesitant to touch it and spotted red flags immediately, including a broken electrical breakaway box that had been bypassed instead of repaired. Globe Electric also never filed the paperwork for the unit’s warranty. Getting the unit working again will cost another $1,400 — for a unit that worked only one month.” – Lucy Marks ⭐☆☆☆☆ November 2025

“They came and did work on my air conditioner — very polite. However, when one of my units stopped working a couple of days later, they would not come back out.” – Brandi Melton ⭐☆☆☆☆ October 2025
