I have a contract with them that was signed since more than 2 months ago yet zero progress has been made on my project since then even though they have my 10% deposit check on hand. I have never felt so ignored and undervalued as a customer. How is it acceptable for them to be comfortable providing clients with no updates? I have been bounced around from one sales rep to another sometimes going weeks without hearing anything and when I do hear something, it’s to promise me a phone call that never came. I understand that their vendor sold my panels but 2 months later, no updates, no progress.
