“Energy Solutions installed a solar + partial battery backup system at our home. It was a new home build, and the solar installation was completed during the home construction process. They did an excellent job coordinating their installation during the home construction and communicating with the electricians working on the new home electrical. I also appreciated how Energy Solutions shared pros and cons of various partial backup configurations so I could make an informed decision about what would work best for us. There were a couple of hitches in the installation, but Energy Solutions was very professional and responsive in dealing with those items. “Working with everyone at Energy Solutions was a great experience. I got quotes from 4 different installers and they easily the lowest cost solution for the system I wanted. The installation took place as scheduled and was completed as scheduled. My system included an upgrade to the Electrical Breaker Box in the garage. That was done with no issues. About 6 months after the installation, one of the panels started to drop in energy production. After I informed Energy Solutions, they quickly replaced the panel on the roof with no issues and everything has been working great since. “Just like everyone who is looking for solar, you would do your due diligence in searching for the right company to help you meet your solar needs. The first couple of companies we went with were way overpriced and they were promising the moon. Upon further research. I came across Energy Solutions and was in contact with the owner texting back and forth about questions I had. They came out and did a site measurement and gave me an upfront and clear breakdown of what it would cost for the total project. Nothing was hidden. There were NO surprises at the end and was also able to have them install an interlock kit in case the power went out, and I needed to use my generator for the house. After two years of service, I’ve had no issues with the equipment, I also an email from their team checking in to make sure everything was good and if I had any questions, I could reach out to them at any time. I also recommended them to my neighbors as I had such a great experience. One of my neighbors went with a different company and he has had total regrets on why he chose that company for his solar. “Energy Solutuons gave us the best bid, provided us with much needed information, we’re extremely professional in their installation and even now, we’ll over a year later, are quite responsive whenever we call with a question. We’re powering our entire house, including a 400 gallon hot tub, with our Energy Solutions solar array and last year paid just $56 for power (above the minimum charge the PGE charges for monthly hookup which I think is $12). We placed this array on new house we built ourselves and ES was by far the most professional of all our subcontractors. They did exactly what they promised, were there when they said they’d be, finished the job on time, and left the job site spotless.
