“I talked to the owner of the company and could tell how knowledgeable he was from the start. (And it was cool to work with the owner!) I had questions about module and inverter options because every company has a preference on the equipment that they provide or suggest and he was the only company to break it down unbiased and not try to sell what they use as the “”Best option””. We discussed warranty on the top 5 solar panel module brands that Soltech uses and it was very transparent and he discussed the difference in price and his recommendation if were his own home. His head installer did a fantastic job and he helped show me the monitoring portal and helped me set it up. What a great install crew and the crew all had 15-20 years of solar experience. Wow! “Kitting is a laid back job as long as you meet the quota for the day, you will be sent to springs, which is a man’s job, if they run out of product you don’t work, or you can choose to work in springs which is putting a rubber piece on a spring boot that to small so you have to stand on a skid and jump on the boot to get it to piece together and still keep up with the line and they are wet pieces with industrial soap, so you really need gloves but it soaks through the gloves anyway and they really just want you to boot and keep up not slow down and complain about your well-being.” – Packing and Shipping Associate ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ March 28, 2023

“I’ve never in my life worked so hard to be treated so badly. They treat a lot of employees horrible and favor others. It’s actually disturbing how poorly your treatment is and nothing at all is done. They overwork you, you don’t get paid if you work overtime they adjust the time clock in the mornings and afternoons to make sure you don’t get paid.
