“We had our geothermal WaterFurnace installed by ACES about 4 years ago. The installation experience itself was great. Even more exceptional, though, was the aftermarket support. There was a serious problem with the furnace at about 2 years, which they took care of immediately, and with substantial work on their part – under warranty. The following year the problem recurred, and they arranged for a factory replacement — again, major work on their part — and installed a complete replacement covered by warranty. “I wasn’t going to do a review but every time I look at my yard now I get so upset with the way it was left. Shame on me for not understanding what a “rough backfill” meant I guess. I’m posting this in hopes to save someone else the same headache. My once flat beautiful yard is now completely destroyed. There’s so many rocks, boulders, roots, dips, mounds etc. that I now have to spend thousands to have it repaired just so it can be a mowable, usable yard again. These pictures honestly don’t even make it look that bad, it’s 10x worse in person. There are sections of my yard that are now 4 feet taller than they once were and dips that are 2 feet below what it once was. This isnt even including what they did to the inside of the house. i have so many holes in my hardwood floors and my ceilings where they drilled to see where they were when placeing the vents. I could see a hole here and there but 5+ holes around vents in the ceilings and over 20 holes in my hardwood floors just to completely change locations?!? Not to mention where they told us vents would go compared to where they ended up completely changed when the work got done so dont believe everything they say when they come to do the quote/planning.” – Brandy ⭐☆☆☆☆ June 2026
“ACES-Energy was great to work with until I needed service on the solar system they installed about 2 years ago. I contacted them in June because I have solar panels on my roof that get a lot of sun but were not generating any electricity. They diagnosed the problem to be a bad inverter. The Inverter manufacturer shipped a replacement part to ACES and sent proof of delivery to me, but it was never contacted to have it installed. That was 5 months ago and they don’t return my calls or emails. It’s as if they closed the business but left the website up. I’ve tried contacting A.J. the owner and the service manager to no avail! Bottom line if you are thinking that you might need after the sales service on your investment in solar then think again because I have not seen a tech or talked to a service manager since the Inverted failed.” – Ken M ⭐☆☆☆☆ November 2025
