“CA Sunrise came recommended by a friend, and Roberto Alvarado did not disappoint. He responded immediately to my texted request, understood my issue, and came by the very next day on 9/14/21. Once on site, he assessed the electrical problem in a matter of minutes. Although he didn’t have the part on-hand to fix it, he left to Ace Hardware, and returned promptly to take care of the issue at my panel. He was friendly, swift and charged reasonably for a job he turned around for me so quickly. “They quoted a price then came in $!0,000.00 over the quoted price. After the install my ceiling leaked and they blamed me for the leak. After several calls and threats to call an attorney they repaired the roof. Getting them to follow through with all the promises was difficult. “What seemed would be a good experience soon turned bad. My elderly parents lost power a few days before Thanksgiving. We contacted CA Sunrise construction and they were able to come out the next day, figure out the situation and came back the next day to put in a temporary panel. Once they were done, they were given a check. The next day we found out they cut a phone cable. We called and they said they would come back the next morning, which was Thanksgiving day. They were a no call, no show. We called again and were given an excuse that the owner was surprised by his wife to take him out of town. After several calls, we gave up and had someone else fix the phone line as it was necessary for my parents communication with their doctors. When I texted Roberto for a receipt, he said he would email it over. Still no receipt a few days later. When I reached out again, he proceeded to tell me he lost the check and needed another one. I told him to call my parents to coordinate a to pick the new check ( after they cancelled the original one). It took over 2 weeks for him to reach out to get the payment.
