“IBEX Roofing and Solar put on a new roof for me in 2023. The staff was competent and did the roof swiftly. The roof turned out great and I asked the contractors to come back to replace windows. Sorry to hear the window project was such a nightmare. The corporation started the work with excellent intentions. The owner made excuse after excuse for delays, repeatedly moving dates about, instead of admitting they were in over their heads and leaving the work for someone who could handle it. A year and a half passed by and no windows were put in, so I requested for my deposit returned. The owner has only repaid one third of the deposit after three months.
