“I paid Rocktop $4300 to repair and match the stucco on my two chimneys. They came out and repaired the stucco over the flashing but did not make any other repairs to the chimneys. I talked to Lon several times about them coming back out to finish the job but they never did. He eventually suggested that I talk to their subcontractor directly. “Buyer beware, if you want to pay someone to learn on your property you have found the right place! I hired this company to do my roof this year and through the process of replacing my roof, I find out the following: This is one of the many do-it-yourselfer’s who think that their skills working around the home can translate into being a general contractor and being able to manage other contractors. They rely on the contractors that they hire for their expertise, but they themselves do not have any trade experience to know whether the contractors they hire are doing the job properly.
