“Ziegler A/C is the company to call when you want your HVAC problem fixed right, fast, and at a fair price!The repair man was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, very helpful, and quick! My A/C unit was leaking a large amount of water through my walls onto the floor. I called two companies to get bids for repair. The first company?s quote was $275 and Ziegler?s price was $200. The Ziegler repairman was thorough in trouble shooting the problem. My HVAC condenser pump needed to be replaced and he unclogged the drain lines with high pressure air and cleaned out the drain pipe with the water hose. He explained everything he was doing and suggested that I pour in a cap of Simply Green monthly to keep the lines clean (something I didn?t know). He also showed me how to check to see if the pump was full of water. Now I understand exactly how the HVAC condenser pump works! My system has been working perfectly since the repair. “We began the day with two techs who arrived on time and began to remove the old system. Nate arrived and helped to build a new top of the air handler. Jonas took extra care to seal the opening in the closet around where the old handler left a space. His attention to detail was amazing. Their team problem solved together when the handler did not easily fit. They removed an old gas pipe left hanging from years ago. David, the Quality Control Manager arrived and took over being sure the new components went in smoothly. There was a miscommunication when using the nitro, but it was soon resolved with better communication. He explained the thermostat and worked outside to fill the compressor with the new coolant. They finished at 10:00 p.m. it was a long day without AC for everyone. The final product looks great. The reason for the 4 stars was the need for so many team members handing off the steps for an installation but I could see the legacy of Patrick Ziegler’s training and the reason this company doesn’t need to advertise.
