Positive reviews:

“Best employer i ever worked with in my carrier. Amazing company culture and great people with diverse engineering back grounds and experiences, i have learnt so much during my time here. Very organically structured company, employee feedback is valued. One of the best in industry in benefits and wellness packages in Indiana. 100% employer paid family health insurance along with wellness integrated HSA. Supports employee professional goal setting and development.” – Solar Engineer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ December 13, 2021

“Tim Thoman really cares about his employees; even more-so than the money the company is making (which is doing VERY well). You can see this by talking to any employee; they are happy with their jobs and feel a sense of community and respect from management.” – Systems Integration Engineer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ November 15, 2021

Negative reviews:

“a typical day at work consisted of assembling the add-ons that went inside the hp computers and labling, packing, the correct software/and hardware to 17 different styles once quality control department released the unit. while working i learned that computers are really not that difficult to construct. almost like the round peg goes in the round hole, meaning only certin things will fit in their respective spot. the higherarchy between management and co-workers was not apperant and meshed in a strange way like the tv show (mash) little professionalism and alot of laughes. and the hard and enjoyable were at the line, its not easy but if you enjoying the conversation its a great experance..” – assembly line ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 29, 2013

“What is the best part of working at the company? How much total incompetence has risen just like the PETER principle. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Trying to do the right thing and No one was willing to do what was needed to be done. no one had my back nor would enforce the contract of the subcontractors, and money was lost needlessly. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Cliques and really a total lake of understanding of the contracting process for design/build.” – Senior Project Manager ⭐☆☆☆☆ September 13, 2023

Positive reviews:

“PSI installed a new chiller for our school, always on time, very professional, and we came in under budjet!!!” – Scott Hiller ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2023
