“Absolutely Excellent service Matt/Garfield/Scott and crew, These folks do quality work, the guys show up everyday until everything is done and any issues are resolved, Solaredge which provided the equipment for my particular set-up did not make it easy for the installation crew are the folks who came after to program the sytem. Solaredge techs were not easy to get involved and made it difficult for the guys to program the system and work out any kinks in the sytem, These guys stayed on it and did not give up until I was satisfied and all of the programing quirks were answered and resolved. “The best decision we ever made was choosing Southern Solar Duke was phenomenal on the sales side – patient, honest, and never pushy. He took the time to explain the whole process, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood exactly what we were getting, what the numbers looked like, and how everything would benefit our home long-term. Korab was on top of communication from start to finish. He kept us updated throughout the way, organized the scheduling and made what might have been a stressful procedure simple and straightforward. “They lie to you and refuse to give you a contract for the work they did. Do not trust anything they say. The salesman I had was Ernesto. Also, don’t believe the lie they tell you about changing service to Ambit Electric. I have the same bill I had before they conned me into buying 10 more panels. He guaranteed me to not have another bill to pay. He also said they would pay it if I did. Also, they did not pay me for the penalty I got for changing electric companies like he said they would.
