The time from signing my contract to the installation was very quick. I got quotes from several other companies, but Liv Solar was the only one to take the time to really explain the entire process from start to finish. One of my favorite things was being able to get in contact with one person who could answer all my questions and concerns. I wasn’t having to talk to numerous people during the process. Having one point of contact and great customer service was very important to me. My system has been in use since October 2017 and I have had no problems so far.
