“Sara and the crew did an amazing job! System works great, my pool is maintaining 77-80 degrees and it is barely the middle of April, I can’t wait to see how it performs this summer. The quality of work is top notch, all pipes we painted to color match our house and roof. We installed 10 panels (480 sqft) which should provide 10-15 degrees warmer water when compared to a non solar heated pool. “I hired this company based on their awesome reviews! They came out to install solar panels to heat up my pool. They did a horrible job! They punctured holes throughout my entire ceilings from the inside bedrooms. I called them so they can fix the issue and at first they tried to send a handy man to patch all the holes and I told them this issue needed a license contractor and it’s more than just patching holes as there was water coming in from the rain!Then they opened up an insurance claim, they came out to do an estimate only to write us a letter saying they won’t cover our area. I reached out to management and they said it’s out of their hands and can’t do anything about it!If you want your entire ceiling wrecked than hire these guys to do exactly that!!! “Worked 5; 12 hour days, 120 hours every 2 weeks with no overtime. Didn’t offer any benefits or insurance, unsafe working conditions. “Was charged for an unprofessional repair of my leaky solar panel by using electrical tape and was charged 185.00. When I called to notify them that the leak was not fixed, I was sent photos of a repair that certainly did not look like my roof. I called another company and went on the roof with him to see the attempt at a repair and saw these attached photos. I called the office back with no success only leaving a voice message. Two days later they decided to communicate with texts messages instead of a phone call. Texting back and forth I am still waiting for a resolution on my request for a refund.
