“I would like to highly recommend CMS Heating and Cooling in Tumwater. First off, I had four other contractors give estimates for a new Inverter Heat Pump and Air handler and CMS beat them all by thousands of dollars for a quality Heat Pump system. When I took the price into consideration, I knew there was a catch somewhere. To my surprise there were none. They arrived promptly at 8:00am and was done with the install by 2pm. The work was clean and professional. The installation crew were very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. “Long hours everyday. Most of the time you get the proper support. Their project manager is a joke. Absolutely no care about your personal life whatsoever. The actual manager (not just the self titled sales manager) is one of the best people I have ever met.Coworkers are hit or miss. Always lots of drama. When Heather in the service department and I talked, she told me they did not install the system originally, so thought I should check to see if it was under warranty. It was no longer under warranty, so I called Heather back. I had trouble finding the number needed to order the parts, so she sent a technician out to assist me in finding the correct number. Heather got the part in and had Ben at my house first thing this morning to fix the blower so I have heat again. Installer and electrician were super professional and everything went smooth and got the new system in a few hours. The installer explained everything and answered all my questions.
