“I spent $12,000 for a boiler in 2019 and have been on autopay ever since, always paying on time. In May 2025 I got a notice that my latest $441 delivery payment was overdue, so paid it and THEN my credit card was charged AGAIN through autopay. Since I had sold my home and might not receive any future deliveries, I requested a refund, preferably by a credit to my credit card. I was told a check must be issued (and was on Oct 10), I was told it would take 2 weeks to receive. It is now Nov 13, four weeks later, and I have not received the check. I called on status and was told it takes 4-6 WEEKS (not 2 weeks) to get a refund check AND the delay was blamed on the U.S. Postal Service. Nonsense.
