At every step of the process Franco and his respectful, professional engineers kept me updated and informed. Franco takes the time to explain what’s going on with your systems. A 6-hour job was completed in about 4 hours. I knew they had my best interests in mind from the start. Franco even helped me troubleshoot coordinating with the city inspector and City Utilities to get my power restored after the job was done.
