Positive reviews:
“Matt and his crew installed my solar two years ago and they did an amazing job. Great customer service and were super friendly and informational. Anytime I’ve contacted Matt with questions he’s been very helpful. I recently noticed that two panels weren’t working and Matt sent someone out the next day to replace a faulty inverter no charge as everything is covered under a 30 year warranty. Solar system also came with a cool computer site that I can login to and see real time solar output as well as charts and graphs of past years performance. I would highly recommend Liv Solar!” – the.young.s ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ February 26, 2017
“I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Liv Solar. Matt answered all my questions during the sales process and really helped me determine how solar would truly benefit me and my home. The time from signing my contract to the installation was very quick. I got quotes from several other companies, but Liv Solar was the only one to take the time to really explain the entire process from start to finish. One of my favorite things was being able to get in contact with one person who could answer all my questions and concerns. I wasn’t having to talk to numerous people during the process. Having one point of contact and great customer service was very important to me. My system has been in use since October 2017 and I have had no problems so far. I have produced 3017 kW hours so far and have only been charged the service fee from the utility. I highly recommend them!” – dtaylor22 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ April 4, 2018
Positive reviews:
“Matt and his team did an awesome job getting my solar panels removed and then reinstalled to support my roof being replaced. The team was extremely friendly and walked me through all the activity that would happen to remove and install my panels. They answered all of my questions and helped me learn even more about my solar panels. I highly recommend using HappySolar for anything you need done to your solar panels!” – Clay Nedelka ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2021
“We called Liv Solar to do a removal and reinstall of our solar panels. When we called to get a quote, Matt Hosking answered immediately (we had some companies never even return our call). We had a new roof put on our home and Matt worked with our roofer all while emailing us and keeping us informed. His crew was efficient and respectful. Matt has WONDERFUL communication. We highly recommend Liv Solar to everyone!” – Candice Edwards ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2020
Negative reviews:
“Unresponsive and unaccountable. How do you even get a hold of these people once they’ve installed? What a joke.” – Clint Morrison ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2024
“I don’t think they are even in business. Won’t answer phones, emails or return messages” – Steph Lorenzo ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2023
