It’s been more than 3 months including many phone calls and 4 visits. They said 3 months ago that they were having phone system problems — I was told the same thing by a warehouseman last week when I visited. Of the 4 visits, people were only in the office one time. “Advanced Solar’s warranty is a scam. I had their solar system installed almost 9 years ago and was told how great their warranty is. Recently an insurance adjuster inspected my roof and noticed 3 or 4 of the panels had shorts in them. After contacting them I was told there would be a $125 inspection fee — so if something breaks on your system they’re going to charge you $125 just to come and look at it.
