From the moment Ron sat with my wife and I was with his book of Ron we knew we chose the right company. Since it was turned on our largest electric bill has been an avg of maybe $10 dollars(winter months don’t produce like the spring/summer). “I had my solar system and new roof installed by Ron and his crew at Advanced Solar & Energy Solutions last August (2018). By all definitions it was a small project, but they all treated the project as though it were their top priority. They had everything, including the roof, installed in a very short amount of time. Jessica and Ron have been very supportive in troubleshooting the minor issues I had with my system (manufacturer defect) and have made me and my wife a very happy customers. “Had a bad experience with Advanced Solar System that makes me question the openness and ethics of the firm. The 15 minutes service call charge was unreasonable and half of it was needed up advance before a worker even showed up. The quotation that came in was rather imprecise, only stating “replace inverter – $4,700”. No breakdown of labor vs parts. No model information. No specifics on what precisely was being installed.
