My neighbors got the chance to own and are now making hundreds a month selling excess energy back to Pepco. I have 29 panels on my roof and for two years have missed getting that compensation. Because of this, I also cannot get a new roof through a DC Government program. When I contacted them and left messages for the office manager, she never called me back. “Do not use them — the Landover location. The panel system they put on my house and garage keeps going out. Panels were installed in August 2022 and stopped generating in September 2022. After rejecting several calls where I had to call from a different number, they sent someone out in November 2022 saying a wire was damaged. After replacement the panels started generating until May 2023. I called again in January 2024 requesting panels be removed — no one is returning my calls.
