“I really believe that experience matters. Not only has AES been around a long time, their reputation and attention to details really stood out amongst the companies I approached for our installation. I’ve waited decades and have always wanted to have solar panels; I wasn’t going to base this important and technical decision on price alone! In the end, I wanted the best quality system installed by a reputable company that would be there to stand behind the installation every step and the product as a whole for any needs pertaining to it for the years to come. From the first handshake to final inspection I am a happy customer. The design and process was thoroughly collaborated with me. Based on my career in utility systems and energy management, this might have been more important to me than most; my expectations were thoroughly exceeded! There is a lot of specific components to these systems. AES personnel managed each process with very experienced personnel and very professional, competent employees. The incentives for a Solar System in our case involved three different bureaucracies . That process was managed by AES as well! I was involved at a minimum. AES also monitors our system and informs me of any problems. Fourteen months after installation and the only problems have been with our Wi-Fi transmitting data to them. We have a great 14 kw system and it looks great on our house! Add our utility energy repurchase program and we pay for little more than our monthly base fee! “We chose Advanced Energy Systems as I knew a previous customer of the business who praised AES for their workmanship, their communication, and their follow-up. We found that to be true. We cannot praise Advanced Energy Systems enough for the solar panel installation project they installed on our townhouse roof. Brett Moser’s planning of the project made the project planning and implementation smooth. Throughout the project, he communicated often and clearly. The installation of the panels was done by Luke and Jaymi. They were dependable, arrived each day on time, efficiently and competently completed their tasks, and communicated effectively with us regarding what they were doing and what needed yet to be done. They were consistently on task and problem-solved the wiring needed between our garage and our 2nd floor roof without routing the wiring on the outside of our townhouse. Since the activation of our solar system, we couldn’t be happier with how it’s working and its ability to reduce atmospheric carbon from our atmosphere. They have a great reputation and they certainly lived up to that from my experience. Brett led me through the system design and clearly answered all my questions, even the more in-depth ones. Paul and his crew did a fantastic job installing the system, in spite of the additional challenges of working during the COVID-19 pandemic. They were competent, professional, and great to work with! AES worked with Lane Electric to change out my meter for net metering and to integrate my house with the separately metered system for the out-building that my PV system is now on.
