The sales team made sure to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Jon Round was the salesman on my job and went above and beyond his job description to make sure everything went smoothly. I’ve had my 10k system since December 19th 2018 and I’m impressed with it’s production. My Previous bill before solar was $594 and my first bill after is $236. Extremely happy with my results so far. I’ve personally validated all warranty claims and that this company is an authorized dealer of the products they sell. Make sure to register you dual warranty within the first 60 days from install. The new enphase app for monitoring allows you to see your production and consumption rates from your phone. “I made a purchase through these people. It was extremely overpriced and I regret it, but that’s not why I’m leaving this review. Richard Baster , an employee of this company has been non stop harassing me today. He has sent me 11 emails, all after I told him to stop contacting me. “I had the pleasure of meeting Colby Barth; a technician with this company today. My system was installed by Code Green that went out of business after the FBI raided their New Jersey office and I needed to find a GOOD Solar company to take over my solar. I called All American and they sent out Colby. He was professional and highly competent. He was able to get my cellular modem talking to Solar Edge and get my monitoring platform up and running. “Spent hours entertaining different companies and finally went with All American Solar, what a mistake at this point. We just had a new metal roof installed on our home prior to panels being installed and informed them half a dozen times and they assured us they do it all the time. Well after 4 failed attempts to get engineering right with county it should have been a sign that this was not a professional company. Install day came and right out the gate they place their ladders up against the metal roof and their bigger installer bends and actually terrors the metal. End up having to replace the entire panel before we can even get started. Then after I do my own research on the installation system they used/engineered was not correct they wont return calls or emails. “I purchased 28 solar panels and 4 batteries from All American Solar. Additionally, I had an older solar hot water heater removed. Then the crew attached the new panels, were able to tie in to the generator and get everything working smoothly. They were able to rush and get it done before s storm hit. “Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array’s electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I got a call from a guy named Rico (?Rigo?) who told me that the monitoring system was reporting an error that, if not fixed in short order, would result in the cancellation of my warranty. I thought that this was a little odd because the app I use to monitor my system showed no problems. Still, I agreed to have a technician come out to take a look. An inspection, repair, and panel cleaning were promised. When the technician came out, he spent at most 10 minutes on the roof. He told my wife that he found no problems. The only panel that needed cleaning had some leaves on it that he swept off with his foot. For that, I was charged $1260. I called to complain, but Rico was unbudging. I’m not sure what happened. “I’ve had a great experience with All American Solar. Matt and Richard were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. When I had my roof replaced, they took care of everything related to the solar system — they removed the panels and reinstalled them once the roof was done. They also fixed two microinverters, which helped improve the system’s performance. What I really appreciate is their excellent communication. As soon as the job is completed, they send an email and follow up with a phone call to explain exactly what was done to the system. That kind of service and transparency is hard to find.
